Jake is very patient with all of the little changes, he is quick and responsive. I loved how he integrated all the pictures to break up the content on my site. My website is a fluid work of art. I didn't know how much my art business would blossom with a JWeb designed site. It was created to blend my past with the present, and highlight my oil painting career. Everything went fine, until I got that "blue screen" on my computer one day. I learned that my photos, paintings and documents for the last five years might have disappeared, forever. Jake came over, analyzed my computer, and drew a diagram so I would understand the risks of my misfortune. Off line for several days, I decided, if everything is lost, I will just "re-invent myself. Fortunately, Jake was able to retrieve all, and suggested an external hard drive which would back up all of my work daily. I am so relieved, I scheduled a trip to Mexico to celebrate.
